It's Getting Hot In Here*

How you doing, loves? It seems no matter where you live right now, the heat is on, turned all the way up. Unless you are working at a grocery store (are we supposed to bring sweaters to go inside in the summer?) or on a beach somewhere with infinite access to water, it can be disruptive and uncomfortable.

*And no, Nelly, we are not taking off all our clothes (unless we really want to).

But what we are trying to do is take off the things that don't serve us in the season; over-commitment, negative self-talk, never asking for help... just a few (very personal) examples. (wink)
