New Year, New Me?

Have you ever watched a dog poop? (Yeah, you read that correctly.) Some pooches sniff and hunt in pursuit of the perfect spot...to s#$&! They are telling other dogs who and where they are - communication and territory. It blows my mind that a dog can be that intentional.

Imagine if we were that intentional - with our anger, energy, relationships, bodies, and time. If we claimed our territory and communicated exactly who the hell we are to the world - and most importantly to ourselves.

New me? Naw, I want to excavate the old me, the full me, the nurtured me. The me that's searching for the right - words, time, routine, space, and oh yes, even the right spot to relieve myself of my proverbial s@#&!
