Perpetual Bra Unlatching

Autumn - feels like a perpetual bra unlatching, the sweet sigh of relief, comfort, and a microdose of joy.  Fall breaths crisp new life into a nearly concluding year.

There's nothing better than swaddling oneself in a hoodie or beanie - for warmth, style, or to hide the bird's nest beneath. Oh, and don't get me started on all the activities, baking, and crafts!

Even though it's my absolute favorite time of year, why do I often not indulge in all the fruits the season offers?  Why do my habits and energy not align with my goal?

Welp - there's life, commitments, depression, other people - the list goes on.

I have a "Fall Festival Calendar" every year, but I have never literally planned it out on an actual calendar.

What are the things that make you positively gitty?  For the rest of the year, what if we pencil in joy?  Friends, this is what I wish for you - perpetual bra unlatching for the rest of the year.
