What's On Your Plate?

Yesterday at our weekly team meeting, we got to talking about when we are at our most creative. Is it when there is a lot on our plate, when we have a variety of projects and tasks to bop around to, or is it when we are focusing on just one thing. The conversation felt fresh and unexplored. Maybe because we don't often talk about what we prefer was on our plate (or off). Usually we don't get to say "oh no thank you. I don't want that assignment or that task." We just deal with whatever is served.

Coco Chanel was famous for saying we should always remove one thing from your outfit before leaving the house. In that spirit -- What's one thing you can take off your plate today?
